Built for licensure
Hours that hold up.
Rootegra was designed around Hawai‘i's 2,500-hour cosmetology apprenticeship —
so its hour records are categorized the way a state board actually looks at them:
theory, cutting, color, chemical, styling, extensions, business, and health & safety.
Clock-in is verified against the salon's GPS geofence, not the honor system.
Edits are logged. Pay periods close cleanly. When an apprentice finishes,
the record they hand to the board is the same record they earned, day by day, on the floor.
The interface is built to be calm and direct — generous spacing, plain language,
one task at a time. It was designed with neurodivergent practitioners in the room,
not as an afterthought.
